The D-8 Network of Pioneering Researchers and Innovators (D-8NPRI) was established to empower the role of science, technology, and innovation (STI) in driving sustainable development. By connecting researchers, industries, and universities across the D-8 Member States, the network fosters collaboration, supports capacity building, and promotes impactful projects that address global challenges.

The D-8 NPRI Secretariat serves as the central coordinating and administrative body that ensures the effective implementation of the consortium’s goals and activities. It manages communication among member institutions, coordinates research and innovation programs, and facilitates strategic collaborations and capacity-building initiatives. The Secretariat oversees meetings, documentation, and reporting, while also mobilizing financial and technical resources to support joint projects. Additionally, it strengthens partnerships with governments, industries, and international agencies, promotes visibility through digital and media platforms, and monitors progress to ensure alignment with the D-8 mission of advancing science, technology, and innovation for sustainable development among member countries.
